A silicon phototransistor in a standard T1 (3mm) size plastic package, ideal for low-cost, high volume applications such as IR remote control etc. The device matches with infrared emitter SFH409 and has good linearity, and a narrow acceptance angle of 32°. Lead spacing: 2· 54m.
